Arrive Paro by Druk Air flight which will offer you great views of Mt. Everest, Kanchenjunga, Chomolhari, Tsrim gang and Jichu Drake. The moment you step out of the plane you will see the difference. Bhutan welcomes you with cool, clean fresh air. Peace and quietness is just another bonos. ITT representatives will escort you to Kichu resort. If time prevails visit the National museum & Rinpung Dzong. O/n Kichu resort. |

To acclimatize yourself a hike to Taktsang monastery (tiger’s den) which will take 2/3 hrs. (alt.3000 m.). Lunch will be served at the cafeteria. Stroll back to Kichu resort. Evening at leisure. |

Trek begins from Drugyal dzong – Shana 16 kms. 5/6 hrs walk. Camp at alt. 3800 m. |

Shana – Soi Thangthangkha 24 kms. 8/9 hrs walk. Camp at alt.3800 m. |
05 |
Soi Thangthangkha – Jangothang 12 kms 4/5 hrs. Camp at alt. 4050 m. |

Jangothang halt. Options-excursion, fishing or relax. |

Jangothang – Lingshi 18 kms. 7/8 hrs walk. Climb over Nyele la pass alt. 4700 m. Camp at alt. 4100 m. |

Lingshi – Shodu 20 kms. 8/9 hrs walk. Climb over Yale la pass alt. 4900 m. Camp at alt.3750 m. |
09 |
Shodu – Barshong 17 kms. 6/7 hrs walk. Camp at alt. 3500 m. |

Barshong – Dodena 20 kms. 7/8 hrs walk. ITT members will receive you and drive (1 hour) on to Thimphu at alt. 2300 m. O/n |

Thimphu sightseeing. AM-Memorial chorten, Changangkha
Lhakhang, Drupthop nunnery, Royal goldsmith workshop & vegetable market. PM-Drive to Paro (2 hrs). Enroute visit Simtokha dzong the oldest in the kingdom. O/n Kichu resort. |
