Day 01 Arrive Kathmandu
Day 02 Kathmandu explore by self
Day 03 Flight Nepalgunj/Simikot. (2950m,), Camp at Simikot) explore around.
Day 04 Trek to Dharapuri (2350, app. 4 h), Over night at Camp
Day 05 Trek to Kermi (2750m app. 2/3 hours) after reaching camp, visit to hotspring (app. 25 minutes walk-up from camp) Over night at camp
Day 06 Trek to Yalbang Gumba ( 3020m app. 5 hours) Over night at camp.
Day 07 Trek to Thunkot (3020 m, app. 6-7 h), Camp
Day 08 Trek to Yari (3975 m, app. 6 h), Camp
Day 09 Trek over Nara La Pass (4530 m) to Hilsa (3650 m), Camp
Day 10

Crossing the Tibet Border at Sher and Jeep drive to Yalbang
Day 11 Drive to south side of Manasarovar Lake, Camp at Gosul (4/5 app 4680 m)
Day 12 Drive to Tirthapuri (hot spring) (app. 7/8 h ), Over nigh camp
Day 13 Drive to Tholing (5 h 3600 m) Over night at Tholing at guesthouse.
Day 14 Drive to Chaprang (2 h 3600 mtrs), drive back to Mishyang (5 h.
4300 m.) Over night at camp
Day 15 Drive to Tarchen ( app. 3 h 4600 m) Over night at guest house.
Day 16 Start Parikrama trek to Deraphuk (5000 m app 6hours)
Day 17 Trek over Drolma-La Pass (5670 m) to Zhutul Phuk (4850 m, app.
7–8 h), Camp
Day 18 Trek to Darchen (app. 3 h) and drive to Manosarovar (Seralung
monastery app. 2-3 h), Cam
Day 19 Rest day at Seralung Monastery to explore.
Day 20 Drive to Dongba (7/8 hours) Over night at camp
Day 21 Drive to Sang Sang (7/8 hours) Guest House
Day 22 Drive to Shigatse (3900 m) (app. 6 h), Guest House
Day 23 Drive to Gyantse (3800 m) (app. 6 h), Guest House
Day 24 Drive to Lhasa (3680 m) (app. 6 h), Hotel
Day 25 2 days sightseeing in Lhasa. (Potala Palace, monastry in Sera und
Drepung)
Day 26 Early morning transport to Lhasa Airport and flight to KTM.
Day 27 Explore Kathmandu by self
Day 28 Flight Ktm – Germany

Kind note:
We will need your passport and one passport size photos at list 3 days earlier to process Tibet travel permit. It can be done earlier then one week but you will have to pay US$ 17 per person for emergency fee.
